Welcome to the 2024 Waldorf Wildcats Football Registration

 

Registration for the 2024 Waldorf Wildcats Football season is now open until October 4th and/or until uniform sizes are no longer available.  50% of the total registration fee is due before uniform sizing and or at the time of equipment handouts. Uniform sizing will begin the end of June and the order will be placed on or before Wednesday July 3rd.  Any sizing performed after the order date will be subject to the uniform sizes already in stock or a delay in uniform arrival.  Registration fees must be paid in full before any athlete can receive their uniform to participate in regular season games.

 

The cost schedule for the 2024 Football season is as follows...

February 12 – March 31 - $220.00

April 1 – June 14 - $230

June 15 – August 4 - $250.00

August 5 - October 4 - $265

 

Please note any athletes that did NOT RETURN EQUIPMENT for the 2023 season will be assessed an additional fee unless equipment is returned before the practice season begins. All REGISTERED FOOTBALL PLAYERS MUST HAVE A CURRENT STATE ID CARD, MILITARY ID OR PASSPORT IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY GAMES!!!!!!!

All registration forms that do not have a correct home e-mail address or missing one will be returned to the person registering the individual(s). Only two registered family members of children will be able to receive mass emails from our organization. It is a vital part of our club’s communication to have a valid email address for every member in our club.

 

The cost of registration includes the following items:

  • 1 - game jersey
  • 1 - game day pull over pant
  • 1 – pair of game day socks
  • shoulder pad rental
  • helmet rental
  • trophy
  • Insurance
  • league & ref fees for all SMYAC games
  • approximately 8-10 games with a possible post season game

 

**Please note: there is no reduction in registration price for obtaining your own helmet and or shoulder pads. In addition, some teams may request additional funds for game day snack, breast cancer and homecoming items for the kids.  The coaches and team moms of Waldorf Youth Sports pride themselves on making the season fun and exciting.  We believe in working together as a family.  Please feel free to share ideas and ways to enhance the season with your coaches and team moms. ** 

As a non-profit organization, we try to keep the fees as low as possible to ensure everyone has a chance to participate. We are forced to make decisions on equipment, uniforms, field permits and pay insurance months before the season starts. Due to the fact that we must make these decisions so far in advance, the following refunds will be granted only if an email is received prior to the date deadlines listed below. There will be no exceptions to the following rules.  No refunds will be given until all equipment has been returned.  

Fall Football deadline: After Registration - AFTER registration minus $30 After uniform order minus $155.  After August 10th NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED UNLESS EXTREME CIRCUMSTANCES ARE AGREED UPON BY THE EXECUTIVE BOARD OF DIRECTORS.
